It seems that there is quite a few assumptions and opinions goin on. So here is my two cents. First off California is broke so they are coming up with all kinds of bullshit ways(yes i said it bullshit) to make money. For example my wife was sited for a moving violation for temperarialy stoping to unload a car full of pregnant ladies and children at a no parking sign. none of the curbs were painted. yes that is right she got a moving violation for a parking ticket. and guess what you have to pay the fine before you can even see the judge to have him through it out of court. As for cops not being able to see very well in the car. thats just bs so they can fine you. And yes I agree that if you just fold over at everything that the government tries to tell you, then before you know Obama will have won and we will be a socialist society. Be wary of the laws you decide are nessisary because of fear. before you know it you wont have control over what you do in your own house. Tony.
